The 2025 mission shows the scale of the need.

Before the U.S. team even arrived, the local neurosurgery team at SPS Hospital had already screened more than 350 patients through camps across the greater Punjab area. These screenings helped identify patients who needed surgery, injections, or additional evaluation.

Once the Seva Spine team arrived, they saw 30 more patients and then completed 12 surgeries and over 20 epidural injections. Seva Spine also covered the cost of 3 additional surgeries performed by the local neurosurgery team.

This story is about partnership and reach. Seva Spine’s impact begins long before the operating room. It starts with listening, screening, diagnosis, imaging, and collaboration with local doctors.

In one mission, hundreds of people were screened, dozens received a path forward, and patients with serious spine conditions received care that may otherwise have remained out of reach.
